Cancellation and Refund Policy
Trips Outside Lagos
Cancellation of trips going outside Lagos that are made 48 hours before travel time shall receive FULL REFUND less all applicable processing charges.
Cancellation of trips going outside Lagos and are made 24 hours before travel date shall receive 50% refund and if made on the day of travel, same shall be treated as 'NO SHOW' hence NO REFUND shall be made.
Trip Inside Lagos
Cancellation of trips within Lagos that are made 24 hours before travel date shall receive FULL REFUND less all applicable processing charges.
Cancellation of trips within Lagos that are made 12 hours before travel date shall receive a 50% refund, but if made on the day of travel, shall be treated as 'NO SHOW' and NO REFUND shall be due.
General Note
Where the trip is a TRANSFER/PICK UP or DROP OFF, it shall be expected of the client to come on board the vehicle NOT LATER THAN one(1) hour after the agreed/Scheduled time.
After an hour of waiting for the client and the client did not show up, the driver will leave to return back to the office, and trip shall be treated as 'NO SHOW' and NO REFUND shall be due.
