IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING ANY OF OUR SOFTWARE OR APPLICATION.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Tripatreat Tours and Logistics ("Tripatreat"), with its principal place of business at 9, Adenuga Street, Surulere, 101283, Lagos, Nigeria, for the Tripatreat software and applications, including any associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software"). 

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software. 

1. Grant of License.

Tripatreat grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. 

2. Ownership.

The Software is owned by Tripatreat and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Tripatreat retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Software under this EULA.

3. Restrictions.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. 
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary markings on the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Use the Software in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security or protection features of the Software.

4. Termination.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Tripatreat may terminate this EULA immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control. 

5. Disclaimer of Warranty.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU. TRIPATREAT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. 

6. Limitation of Liability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIPATREAT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF TRIPATREAT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TRIPATREAT'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE. 

7. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tripatreat harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Software or your breach of this EULA. 

8. Governing Law.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

9. Entire Agreement.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tripatreat concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. 

10. Severability.

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this EULA shall remain in full force and effect. 

11. Modifications.

Tripatreat reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time by posting the revised EULA on its website or by providing notice to you. Your continued use of the Software after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
